摘要 研究了苯甲醛与1,2 丙二醇在钒磷氧催化剂作用下的缩醛化反应,考察了反应时间、醇醛比、催化剂质量、带水剂种类和用量等因素对苯甲醛1,2 丙二醇缩醛收率的影响。结果表明,在回流条件下,0.1mol苯甲醛,醇醛摩尔比为1.2,催化剂质量为0.08g,带水剂环己烷用量为8mL,反应1h后,缩醛收率可达91.2%。合成过程无污染,具有绿色合成的特点。产品用折光率和红外光谱进行了表征。 The acetalization of benzylaldehyde and 1,2-propanediol by vanadium phosphorus oxide was studied in this paper. The effects of reaction time, reactant ratio, catalyst amount,the species and amount of deaquation reagent on the yield of benzylaldehyde 1,2-propanediol acetal were investigated. The results showed that the most suitable conditions for the reaction were as follows: 1,2-propanediol/benzylaldehyde molar ratio 1.2, the amount of catalyst 0.08g, cyclohexane as deaquation reagent 8 mL, reaction time 1 h. The yield was up to 91.2%. The procedure of acetalization has the characters of green synthetic chemistry with a high yield and no pollution. The product was characterized by refractive index and IR.
