摘要
我们自行制备的甲壳类多糖膜和溶液能对体外培养成纤维细胞产生抑制作用,半数抑制量分别为:69.59mg/L和16.35mg/L,并与抗代谢药物噻替哌的抑制作用作了比较。甲壳类多糖的溶液在兔眼青光眼滤过术后能有效地抑制纤维细胞增生,维持滤过道通畅和降低眼压。
The membrane and solution ofpolysaccharides in Exoskeleton abstracted byourselves can inhibit fibroblastic proliferationin cell culture, which ID_50 are 69.59mg/ Land 16.35mg/L, and they are compared withantimetabolitic drug: Thio-TEPA. Its solutioncan inhibit fibroblastic proliferation in rabbit'seyes after glaucoma filtering surgery, keep fil-tering channel unobstructed and reduceintraocular pressure.
