摘要
管理博弈论是关于管理激励与约束机制设计理论 ,是一门正在兴起的综合运用经济学和管理学理论与方法对管理激励与约束机制设计展开研究的交叉学科。本文对管理博弈论提出的意义及产生背景进行了论述 ,比较了管理博弈论与博弈论、非对称信息博弈论的不同之处 。
Game theory of management, which is a mechanism planning theory on management incentive and restriction, grows as an uprising interdisciplinary subject on management incentive and restriction mechanism with the methods of integrating economics and management theories and methodology. This article probes the significance and background of the being of game theory of management, compares the difference between game theory of management and the other two relevant theories, game theory, and asymmetrical information game theory, and meanwhile puts forward some new challenging research problems of management game theory.
