小柴胡汤合煎液与分煎合液对LPS诱导大鼠发热模型的影响 被引量:15

The Effect of Xiaochaihutang Joint Decoction and Mixture of Respective Decoction of Couple of Herbs Inhibit the Fever Induced by LPS in Rats

摘要 目的:观察小柴胡汤的解热作用,并比较小柴胡汤合煎液与分煎合液的药效。方法:建立SD大鼠LPS(20、80μg/kg)发热模型,绘制各组平均体温变化曲线,比较最大体温上升高度(△T)。结果及结论:小柴胡汤分煎合液与合煎液对两个剂量的LPS导致的大鼠发热均有显著的解热作用(P<O.O5)。小柴胡汤合煎液与分煎合液对LPS诱导的大鼠发热模型的体温均有降温作用,但在部分时间点小柴胡汤合煎液优于分煎合液(P<O.O5)。 Objective:To study whether Xiaochaihutang (XCHT) can reduce the fever induced by LPS, moreover XCHT of jointly decoction (XCHTH) and mixture of respective decoction of couple of herbs (XCHTF) are significant difference. Methods:The Sprague-Dawley rats were injected intraperitoneal with LPS (20、80μg/kg). Observation the mean curves of change rate of colonic temperature induced by LPS and comparison of febrile response in various groups. Results and Conclusion:The febrile responses are markedly triphasic or biphasic temperature curve in model group. XCHT inhibited the febrile significantly (P<0.05).
