Tentative exploration on systematic construction of crisis management in China

面对各种突发事件做出及时有效地反应就形成了政府对危机的管理。要做到这一点 ,关键在于建立合理完善的危机管理体系。我国危机管理体系的建设应从管理机制。

The government's crisis management refers to timely, effective reactions in the face of different kinds of emergencies, which should be guaranteed by the establishment of rational and perfect system of crisis management. In this paper, the author proposes that China's crisis management system be constructed from the following three aspects, namely, management system, management institution and legal system.
