摘要
分析了泵用干气密封的工作原理、主要特点 ;根据工艺条件和环保要求 ,提出了不同工况下密封的 3种典型布置方式及其辅助系统 ,指出了使用中应注意的问题 ;介绍了在液氨泵上采用双端面干气密封的一个应用实例。该研究可为密封用户在关键装置的离心泵上选择。
The operating principle and main advantages of non-contacting dry gas seals over common contacting mechanical face seals used in centrifugal pumps are introduced. Several typical arrangements of dry gas seal and their corresponding controlling systems according to working conditions and requirement of environmental protection are presented. Furthermore, the aspects to be paid close attention to in application are pointed out. Finally, an example of application for a double faces dry gas seal used in an ammonia pump is given.The good guidance for selection and application of dry gas seal in centrifugal pumps of key plant can be provided.
