摘要
目的:建立高校大学生心理培养模式及其运行实施。方法:对当代大学生心理素质现状、大学生不同阶段存在的心理问题、高校心理教育主要人员的职责和心理素质培养环境进行描述性分析。结果:高校大学生心理素质培养要通过心理专业教师教学培养、学生工作者培养和心理咨询员咨询活动培养三种渠道,根据学生大一适应阶段、大二、三阶段和大四毕业阶段三个不同阶段的心理共性特征,采取有针对性的培养策略,而且要营造一个良好的心理素质培养环境。即:建立“3×3+1”网络状的大学生心理培养模式。结论:通过“3×3+1网络心理素质培养模式的实施,可以使学生掌握培养心理素质的有效方法,消除学生存在的心理问题,开发学生的潜能,不断提高学生的心理素质。
AIM:To establish the patterns of psychological quality of the undergraduates and its running implement. METHODS:The present status of the psychological quality of contemporary undergraduates,the psychological problems of undergraduates at different phases,the duty of the chief personnel of psychological education in universities and the upbringing environment of psychological quality of the undergraduates were analyzed descriptively. RESULTS:The psychological quality in undergraduates should be brought up three pathways:teaching by professional psychological teachers,job of personnel for students and counseling by the psychological counselors.Upbringing strategies aiming at the common psychological characteristics of undergraduates at three different phases: freshman(phase of adaptation),sophomore and junior,and senior,and a better environment for upbringing of psychological quality should be built up,that was, the “3 times 3 plus 1' network-like upbringing pattern of psychological quality for undergraduates. CONCLUSION:Implement of upbringing patterns of the “3 times 3 plus 1' network upbringing pattern of psychological quality can provide effective methods for the upbringing of psychological quality for undergraduates,eliminate their psychological questions,develop the potential of them,and gradually improve their psychological quality.
