According to developing trend of modem psychological war and its requirement for the members' of the fighting service quality , the article has made the investigation into and description of the concept , traumatic mechanism , antipersonnel power , and the soldiers' defensive training in the wartime with the psychological theories and methods to enhance our Army's battle effectiveness under the condition of modem war.
