抗盐降滤失剂SDX的研究与应用

SALT TOLERANT FILTRATE LOSS CONTROLLER SDX FOR WATER BASE MUDS AND ITS FIELD USES

介绍了抗盐降滤失剂SDX的合成方法与现场应用简况,评价了SDX的抗温、抗盐、防塌及配伍性能。试验结果表明,SDX能耐150℃以上的高温,可抗盐至饱和,具有良好的降滤失和抑制性能,与其它处理剂的配伍性好,适用于各种水基泥浆。

The recommended in this paper filtrate loss controller SDX is a powdered metal-chelate of sulfomethylated and oxidized product of graft-polycon-densation of hydrolyzed polyacrylonitryl, humic acid, phenol and formaldehyde. In compar ative laboratory tests SDX shows powerful filtrate loss controlling capacity, thermal resistance up to 150℃, and excellent salt tolerancy.In fresh water muds 0.3% SDX decreases filtrate loss from 30.0 to 12.5ml and 1.0% SDX - to 10.0ml. In 30% salt brine muds 5% SDX decreases HTHP filtrate loss from >200 to 33ml. SDX is inhibitory and gives high shale recovery. As a multifunctional mud additive, filtrate loss controller SDX has found wide use in drilling practice and complicated down hole circumstances in Zhongyuan Oil Fields. SDX is used in polymer mud(for well hole stabilization), in comopunded polymer muds(for drilling in salt strata of thickness up to 200m), in weighted and in saturated salt muds, as mud stabilizer at high temperatures, and for other purposes.
