摘要
基于ANSYS软件的功能,对PYQ202C平压压痕切线机压架进行了静态分析,得出了压架在工作载荷下的Von miss等效应力和变形分布云图,通过改进了零件的结构设计,调整了压架各部分的应力分布和变形分布,使各部分的应力和变形值更加合理,既保证零件的强度和刚度,又最大限度地节省材料的使用量,从而降低了压架的重量和制造成本。
Based on the function of ANSYS, a static analysis has been made of the pressing frame for PYQ202C Press Machine to attain the cloud picture of the Vonmiss equivalent stress and deformation of the pressing frame under the working load. Through the improvement of the structure design of the pressing frame and the adjustment of the distribution of the stress and deformation of each part of the press frame, the stress on each part and the deforming value become more reasonable, which not only guarantees the strength and stiffness of the components but also saves the consumption of the materials, thus reducing the weight of the press frame and the cost of the machine.
