管理与信任的危机在于领导者人格的扭曲、变形和失范。领导者的人格素质主要包括:(1)德。即领导者的为官之德或从政道德。(2)意。主要是讲领导者的信心、信念和意志力。也可称为控制自身或驾御自己的一种毅力。(3)信。领导者的信,一是对自身要守信:二是对别人尤其是自己的下属要信任。(4)能。包括领导者的知识、经验和才能。(5)情。“情”即感情。感情是以心换心、与人为善:感情是以诚相持、尊贤容众;感情是人与人之间最宝贵的东西。

Management and trust crisis are in deformation,being out of shape and Losing patterns of characters of leaders.The characters of leaders contain mainly the following:First is morals.That's the morals when Leader becomes an official or when Leader is in government.Second is consciousness.It's mainly to say that confidence,belief and willpower of the Leader,It on be called as the strength of confidence,belief and willpower of the Leader.It can be called as the strength of controlling and driving themselves.Third is belief.Leaders' belief concerns the there parts,firstly to keep his promise,secondly to belief in others,especially his subordinates.Fourth is capability.It concerns knowledge,experience and capability of leaders.Fifth is fee-ing,It's from heart to heart,treating others with politeness,with good faith,respecting persons with morals and regarding mass as objectivity.Feeling is the most valuable between one and another.
