摘要
本文提出以四步法为基础的新型五向编织复合材料,从细观分析来看,是由可重复的基元(B.C)、面元(F.C)和柱元(R.C)构成。本文将给出一个由此三类单元组成的分析模型,来讨论编织复合材料的力学特性:正交对称性,双模量,弹塑性本构关系。本文将从编织几何学,详述5向编织结构复合材料的几何成形,三类单元的生成,以及设计公式,同时,还讨论了界面损伤对力学性能的影响。
A3-Cells model proposed in this paper is constructed on the basis of the microstructureanalysis of braided structural composites which can be produced by the 4-step braiding and unidirectional reinforced yarns to be added, it's named a 5D (direction) braiding. From this model and with the aid of a yarn/matrix interfacial damage condition, the orthotropic symmetry, bimodulus and elastic-plastic behavior are studied. The braiding perform and design formulas of the 5D braided composites are also described in this paper.
