摘要
从飞机草[Chromolaenaodoratum(L.) R.M.KingandH.Robinson(exEupatoriumodoratumL.)]和苦槛蓝(MyoporumbontioidesA.Gray)的乙醇浸提物氯仿萃取物中分离得到6种化学成分。结构鉴定结果显示,这6种分离物均属于黄酮类化合物,其中分离物Ⅰ为查耳酮类化合物,分离物Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ为黄烷酮类化合物,分离物Ⅴ、Ⅵ为黄酮醇类化合物。室内生物测定结果表明,这些黄酮类化合物对小菜蛾具有一定的产卵忌避、拒食作用。其中,分离物Ⅰ、Ⅴ对小菜蛾具有较高的生物活性,在100 mg/L浓度下的IIPC(干扰作用控制指数)分别为0.394 3、0.234 9。
Six flavonoids chemicals were obtained from the chloroform ethane segment of the alcohol extracts of Chromolaena odorata (L.) and Myoporum bontioides A. Gray. The compound were identified as flavonoids. Laboratory testing results showed that the flavonoids were effective to deter the egg laying of dimondback moth (DBM), especially Compound Ι(chalkones) and Compound V(flavonol), at 100 mg/L, were efficient to control the laboratory population.
