The world' s agriculture has been transferring from seed system to nutrition system.The implementing of the policy'stopping pasturing and returning th e grass to nature'in the North,together with the south ern ideal natural condi-tions and marketing space,has offered the ley -livestock farming a rare o pportunity to develop.Developing t he ley -livestock farming in the South will be the effective means to assist f armers to aquire wealth.If the the fo llow-ing three problems (concept -renewing,funds -raising,and technology distribution)could be resolved,the ley -live-stock farming will undoubtedly beco me a primary component of agricultur e in the south of China.
