摘要
本文采用三维模型对橡胶密封圈进行了有限元分析, 在讨论超弹性体材料接触问题的前提下, 研究了密封结构同轴度和橡胶圈安装扭曲对密封接触状态的影响. 通过对这些影响规律的分析, 找出了造成密封失效的一些可能原因.
The paper analyzes the 3D model of rubber sealing ring with finite element method.Considering the hyper elasticity and contact case,it researches the effect on sealing and contact by the coaxality of the sealed structure and the distortion of the rubber ring during assembly.As the influence patterns are analyzed,some possible factors resulted in sealing failure are found.
