国内外体育彩票发展现状的比较研究

On Study of Comparision Between Our Country andDeveloped Countries in Sports Lottery Tickets Industry

西方不少体育产业发达国家都发行体育彩票 ,并且体育彩票的收入已成为一些国家体育经费的最重要来源 ,其所产生的效益和影响已远超过彩票运作本身。笔者就国内外体育彩票发展、管理运作方式、法律监督保护、彩票收入分配和使用 ,以及对我国体育产业的发展所带来的借鉴与启示等方面加以比较和论述 。

Developed countries almost all issue sports lottery tickets,in addition,revenue of sports lottery tickets is a most important source of sports funds in a country.The benefit and effect of sports lottery tickest is beyond the reach of lottery tickest themselves.Authors depict the origin,development,management,suprvision of laws,allocation,the use of sports lottery tickets,and enlightenment of development of sports industry,and put forward several suggestions of improving sports lottery tickets in China.
