SK-93(Sha's) dilator therapy for anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy

目的 :总结使用SK 93(沙氏 )扩张器治疗食管切除术后吻合口狭窄的经验。方法 :对 117例术后患者行 336例次扩张治疗 ,扩张时间为术后 1～ 6个月。扩张次数 1～ 13次。结果 :3例因无法通过吻合口而放弃扩张。 2例出现吻合口瘘 ,治疗后痊愈 ,其余均取得满意效果。结论 :使用SK 93(沙氏 )扩张器治疗食管切除后吻合口狭窄是一种简单、安全。

Objective:To summerize the experience of treating anastomotic stenosis following esophagectomy by SK 93(Sha's) dilator therapy.Methods:One hundred seventeen cases were treated with SK 93(Sha's) dilator therapy.The time for dilatation was 1～6 months after primary operation.The number of dilatation times was 1～13 .Results:There was no occurence of death.Two cases had fistula of anastomotic stoma,but fully recovered after treatment.Three cases were abandoned because we couldn't pass the anostomosis,the others acquired satisfactory results.Conclusions:SK 93(Sha's) dilator therapy is an effective and safe option for patients with anastomotic stenosis after esophagectomy.
