摘要
本文重点从中药复方中发生的化学成分间的变化及药效的关系,提出了复方中一些化学成分的变化是增效因素的观点。由于这方面的研究报道尚不多,研究工作还较粗浅,仅就已发现的一些物质基础变化的情况通过实例,暂归纳为6个方面的增效因素:①化学成分间的水解转化,促使某些成分发生量或质的变化;②某些化学成分促使提高有效成分的溶出率;③某些化学成分的变化减低了复方中主要成分的毒性;④某些化学成分可形成复合物;⑤复方煎煮过程中产生新成分的可能;⑥复方煎煮过程中对无机成分的影响。
This paper places its emphasis on the viewpoint that some changes of chemical constituents are of synergism factors in compound prescription of the traditional Chinese medicine, a viewpoint which is put forward according to the relationship between the changes of chemical constituents and pharmacological activities in compound prescription. Since quite few studies in this field have been reported and furthermore the existing such studies are not penetrating, the following six synergism factors can only be summed up on the basis of the changes of some material bases which have already discovered up to now.1. The hydrolysis and transformation among the chemical constituents stimulate the changes of some chemical constituents in quantity or quality;2. Some chemical constituents help increase the dissolution rate of active constituents and their content in the preparation;3. The change of some chemical constituents decreases the toxicity of the main constituents of the compound prescription;4. Some chemical constituents may form a complex compound;5. New compositions may possibly come into being in the decocting process of compound prescription;6. Some influences may occur on the inorganic constituents of compound prescription in its decocting process.
