摘要
在辽宁省范围内约等距离地段设置了192处挂片点,进行A3钢和耐候钢10CrNiCuP的大气暴露试验。两年后测量在不同地点的腐蚀率,绘制成辽宁省大气腐蚀图。此外,根据各试验点的气象数据,大气污染数据,试片腐蚀形貌和腐蚀产物分析结果,讨论了钢铁材料的大气腐蚀规律。
A two-year survey of atmospheric corrosion of steels at 192 test sites in Liaoning province of North-East China has been made. The results of the field exposure have been analyzed in combination with environmental data. Corrosion maps of Liaoning area have been drawn. The time of wetness and SO_2 concentration seem to be important factors for determining atmospheric corrosion rates of steels in industrial areas.
