摘要
总结了在我国七个试验点十七种钢的四年大气腐蚀试验结果。材料中包括了最常用的普通碳钢及低合金耐候钢。环境中包括了亚热带、温带,工业性、海洋性,干燥环境及湿热环境等各种典型环境。结果用动力学公式:D=At^n进行了拟合,探讨了用短期数据推测长期腐蚀情况的可能性。分析了影响大气腐蚀性的主要因素及合金元素对钢材耐候性的影响。提出了发展耐候钢的新可能途径。
Results from 4 year atmospheric exposure of 17 types of steels at 7 places in China were summarized.The exposed materials include the most commonly used carbon steels and low alloy weathering steels.The test sites cover typical conditions,such as:temperate and subtropical zone,industrial,marine and rural environments,humid and dry weather.The data were regressed with the kinetic formula R=At^n.The possibility of predicting long term corrosion behaviour from short term corrosion data was discussed. The main factors affecting the atmospheric corrosivity and the effect of alloying elements on the corrosion resistance were analyzed.New approaches of developing weathering steels were suggested.
