摘要
目的:通过对10例苯接触致造血异常者的骨髓象及血象变化分析,了解其特点。方法:对10例患者均进行骨髓穿刺,骨髓涂片、血片进行瑞氏染色和铁染色进行分类计数,并观察细胞形态。结果:外周血中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞>1或接近1,骨髓细胞外铁正常,内铁增高。均有不同比例的环形铁粒幼细胞和含有铁颗粒的成熟红细胞。结论:苯致造血异常时外周血粒/淋与一般再障明显不同,苯中毒早期即有铁代谢障碍,可见铁粒红细胞。
Objective: To examine the changes of blood and bone marrowfilm on 10 patients who having hematopoiesis abnormal caused by benzene and determine characteristics of blood film in benzolism. Methods: Bone marrow aspiration was carried out on 10 contacts; Smears made from bone marrow aspirate and peripheral blood were stained by the usual Wright staining techniques and stain for iron was performed also. The blood cells were typed and counted, and their shape were observed. Results: In speciments from patients, the proportion of neutrophilic granulo-cyte to lymphocyte in peripheral blood exceeded 1 or about 1. Bone marrow iron stores was normal, while erythroblast iron raised. Different proportions of ring sideroblasts and erythrocytes that contained iron granules could be seen. Conclusions: when hematopoiesis abnormal caused by benzene occurs, the proportion of neutrophilic granulocyte to lymphocyte in peripheral blood is different from aplastic anemia obviously. In the earlier period of benzolism, there is an obstacle of iron metabolism. Furthermore, erythrocytes that contain iron granules could be seen.
