摘要
采用问卷调查与数理统计等研究方法 ,对我国竞技体育可持续发展的人力资源等问题进行分析。结果发现 ,导致竞技体育人力资源紧张的主要因素是 :竞技体育的地位、教练员的水平、传统思想和竞技体育体制 ;在特定条件下 ,经济发展水平也影响竞技体育人力资源的开发与利用。
Using the methods of questionnaire and mathematical statistics,the author analyzes the human resources of continuous development in China's sports.The results reveal that the main factors, which give rise to the want of human resources in sports are the position of sports,the level of coaches,the traditional ideology and the system of sports.At the same time,the level of economic development also affects the exploitation and utilization of sports human resources in the special condition.
