摘要
本文应用加权综合指数法对泰医附院1991~1994年工作质量进行了综合评价。用特尔斐法确定了四项一级评价指标(医疗质量、医疗工作量、工作效率、社会经济效益),十四项二级指标和相应的权重系数。结果表明此评价方法能够客观地反映医院工作质量的水平。
A weighted composite index method was used to make a comprehensive evaluation of work quality in the Affiliated Hospital of Taishan Medical College from 1991 to 1994. The Delphi-method was used to decide four first level targets (treatment quality, treatment quantity, efficiency of work, social and economic benefit) and fourteen second level targets, and the corresponding coefficient. The result showed that the evaluation method was able to objectively reflect the quality of hospital work.
