摘要
应用双抗体夹心ELISA 法检测了原发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)、白血病、缺铁性贫血及自身免疫性溶血性贫血共40例患儿血清sIL-2Rα水平,结果显示:患儿组血清sIL-2Rα水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001);ITP 患儿用激素治疗后其血清slL-2Rα水平较治疗前明显降低(P<α0.05);ITP 患儿血清sIL-2Rα水平与血小板数低度负相关,而白血病则与白细胞及血小板数无相关关系.
The concentrations of soluble interleukin 2 receptor α chains (sIL—2Rα) in sera were de-termined for 40 children with ITP,leukemia,iron deficiency amenia and haemolytic amenia bya double—antibody—ELISA。The results indicated that 1.the concentrations of sIL—2Rα insera from patients of children were significantly higher than these in sera from normal children(p<0.001);2.the concentrations of sIL—2Rα in sera from children with ITP after being treat-ed by prednison were significantly lower than these in sera before being treated (p<0.05);3.the concentrations of sIL—2Rα in sera from the children with ITP were slightly negtive relation-ship with the numbers of platelets,but these in sera from the children with leukemia were notrelationship with numbers of white blood cells and platelets。
