摘要
通过室内饲喂试验表明 ,小花棘豆毒蛋白 (OXY)对棉蚜有显著的抑制作用。用含50 μg/ml和 2 5μg/ml小花棘豆毒蛋白的 2 5%蔗糖液饲喂 4龄棉蚜 ,3天后棉蚜校正死亡率分别为 63 81 %和 45 2 7%,与含 0 2 5μg/ml和对照相比差异极显著 ;用含 2 4 μg/头小花棘豆毒蛋白饲喂 4龄棉铃虫幼虫无致死作用 ,但平均拒食率为 40 8%。
Feeding trials showed that a toxin protein from Oxytropic glabra (OXY) was highly toxic to cotton aphids Aphis gossypii with the corrected mortality after 3d by 63.81% and 45.27% when fed with the sucrose liquid (25%) containing 50μg and 25μg OXY/ml. The results showed significant differences compared with the treatment of 6.25μg/ml and CK. OXY had no lethal effect to the fourth instar larvae of cotton bollworm,Helicoverpa armigera, but showed some feeding-deterring effect at the rate of 40.84% on the average and lighter bodyweight when fed with 2.4 μg per indivdual.
