摘要
本文讨论了 UHMWPE/PP 合金的制备方法及力学性能。发现用四螺杆挤出机制备的合金比用双螺杆挤出机制备的合金具有更高的缺口冲击强度和拉伸强度,合金的冲击强度随UHMWPE 的变化而改变,且呈现一最高值;在合金中加入 EPDM 可起到“增容”作用。同时通过对合金的亚微相态的研究进一步证实了 UHMWPE 是通过在聚丙烯中形成“线性互穿网络”而起到增强和增韧作用。
Samples of UHMWPE/PP blends were prepared by four-screw extruderand twin-screw extruder.Both impact and tensile strength of the blendingsamples are dependent of the content of UHMWPE,and a optimum contentexists for the highest strength.It was found that the strengths of samplesprepared by four-screw extruder were higher than those by the twin.AddingEPDM to the blends will greatly enhance the miscibility of PP and UHMWPE.The investigation of the mechnical properties combining with morphologicalinformation verified that toughening of UHMWPE is attributed to the“inear-interpenetrating network”mechanism.
