摘要
This paper broke with the conventional ways of oxidizing and catalyzing. It researched a new way to prepare activated carbon from anthracites which employed oxidative additives. It investigated the effects of the additive on adsorption and activation rate of the resultant activated carbon. The results showed that the new additives not only improved the adsorptivity but also increased the activation rate greatly, which is able to decrease the preparation cost.
