摘要
本文就 1 988年以来 ,行政管理学界关于政府职能转变、机构改革、精减人员、行政管理方式改革、政府人力资源开发等问题提出的新观点 ,进行了搜集和梳理 ,以期推动学术界对深化行政管理体制改革的研究。
In a hope to provide some insights for the research on the further reform, this paper collects and sorts out some new outlooks put forward by the researchers of administrative management, which include the conversion of government functions, the reform of institutions, the reduction of the office staff, the reform of administrative management method, and the development of government's human resources, etc.
