摘要
本实验证实.青蒿琥酯(Art)预先给小鼠200mg·kg^(-1)或100mg·kg^(-1),iP共3次,能对抗醋氨酚和黄磷所致肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)耗竭,其中较大剂量尚能增加正常饥饿小鼠肝脏GSH含量,提示其抗肝损伤作用可能与增加肝脏GSH储备,促进对毒性代谢产物的解毒有关。
This study was undertaken to examine the possible effects of Artesunate(Art) on the hepatic reduced glutathione(GSH) content in normal and hepatotoxin - poisoned mice. It was demonstrated that Art given ip( 100mg·kg-1or 200mg·kg-1 × 3)to mice had a signifcant protection against hepatic GSH deplection induced by acetaminophen and yellow phosphorus, and
that Art also caused a marked increase of the hepatic GSH content in fasting mice at the dose of 200mg · kg-1. These results indicate that Art can help the liver detoxication of toxic metabolits in mice.
