人参果皂甙口服液的实验研究

摘要 采用正交试验法,对人参果皂甙口服液的工艺了实验研究。结果表明,以水为溶媒,加1.0%增溶剂,PH值调至5.0-6.0为最佳工艺方案,其中溶媒对人参果皂甙的含量有极显著影响,增溶剂除对人参果皂甙含量有一定影响外,对澄明度则有直接影响。 Ginsenosides from ginseng fruit liquid is agood for antiaging physic strength and intelli-gence. We studied manufacturing process ofginsenosides from ginseng fruit liquid by or-thogoral method lq (3~4). The results showedthe best process is to use water as solventadding 1.0% of solubilizing agent, pH 5.0~6.0. After testing, the content of ginsenosidesand its clarity was affected by the solvent. Sol-ubilizing agent not only affected the content ofginsenosides but also the clarity.
