摘要
采用水溶性非离子型表面活性剂聚醚作基质制备吡哌酸耳用滴丸。与 PEG 制备的滴丸比较,两种滴丸的溶出度和透皮吸收率有显著差异。聚醚所制滴丸溶出及吸收均较慢,但制备工艺简单,兔口服给药的药动学参数两种滴丸未见差异。
The ear pills were prepared with poloxamer and PEG as basesrespectively.Compared with the ear pills using PEG as base,the technologicalprocess is simpler and the cost is less expensive.The rate of dissolution andpercutaneous absorption of those made of poloxamer base were significantlyslower,while their kinetic parameters in rabbits had no statistical difference.
