槟榔治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床观察

Infection of Helicobacter Pylori Treated with Semen Areca.

幽门螺旋杆菌阳性者随机分为两组,槟榔组和雷尼替丁组各32例,疗程均为2周,治疗后幽门螺旋杆菌清除率、根除率均以槟榔组为好,对十二指肠球部溃疡的总有效率亦以槟榔组为优。

Patients with positive Helicobacteria Pylori infectionwere randomly divided into 2 groups,each 32 cases,treated with Semen Areca and Ranitidin respectivelywith a course of 2 weeks.The rate of clearance,radi-cal cure of Helicobacteria Pylori and total effective rateof ulcer of duodenal bulb were all higher in the SemenAreca group.
