摘要
采用爬片法观察消疽散对小鼠巨噬细胞吞噬功能的影响,其吞噬率消疽散组为57.43±5.75;厌氧棒状杆菌阳性对照组为60.60±5.44;生理盐水空白对照组为17.57±7.53。经方差分析,消疽散组、厌氧棒状杆菌组分别与空白对照组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01),而消疽散组与厌氧棒状杆菌组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。本文还观察了巨噬细胞的吞噬指数、消化能力的变化。结果表明,消疽散对巨噬细胞吞噬功能有一定影响,其抗感染作用的机理可能在于能促使巨噬细胞在炎症部位发挥吞噬及消化作用。
The effect of Xiaoju San (XJS) (Phlegmon-relieving powder) on mouse macrophage phagocytic function was observed by creeping-slide method. The phagocytic rate of XJS. positiveanaer-obic-bacillus-control and normal-salineblank groups was 57.43±5.75, 60.60±5.44 and 17.57±7.53, respectively. Through analysis of variance, the difference was found extremly significant in comparison of XJS or control group with the blank group (P<0.01), while there was no significant difference between XJS and the control group (P<0.05). Besides, the changes in the macrophage phagocytic indices and the digestive ability of macrophages were observed in the paper. The results indicates that XJS has somewhat effects on macrophage phagocytic function and the mechanism of its anti-infective effects may lie in that it enables macrophages to produce phagocytic effects in the inflammatory area.
