摘要
采用胶稠度单籽粒分析法,对5个籼稻纯系及其杂交和回交世代(P_1,P_2,F_1,F_2,B_1F_1和B_2F_1)的胶稠度进行了遗传研究。试验结果表明,籼稻胶稠度受到包括主效基因和若干微效基因的控制,硬对中等或软胶稠度,中等对软胶稠度表现显性。讨论了在稻米胶稠度的改良中亲本选配和后代选择的原则。
Inheritance of gel consistency GC in rice was studied with the seeds of 5 indicasemidwarf true breeding lines and their F_1′s, F_2′s, B_1F_1′s and B_2F_1′s by single grainanalysis. The result indicated the monogenic control and modifiers affeetion for the ex-pression of the trait. Hard GC is expressed as a dominant trait over medium and softones, and medium GC is dominant over soft one. Principles for the selection of parentsand segregating generations for GC improvement of rice is also discussed.
