壮医药线点灸治疗痛症595例疗效观察

Clinical Observations on the Treatment of 595 Pain Cases with Direct Moxibustion Using Thread Pretested with Drugs

壮医药线点灸治疗痛症595例,局部阿是穴为主,循经取穴为辅。医者右手拇指、食指持线一端,露出线头1～2厘米,点燃后,轻轻甩灭火焰,以所余火星对准穴位点按。每日1次,6次为1疗程。痊愈210例,好转147例,无效21例,有效率为96.4%。

The present observation was undertaken in 595patients suffering from various kinds of pains inclu-ding headache(132 cases),Bi syndromes(358cases),omalgia(75 cases)and sprain(30 cases).One end of a piece of flax thread,which was prete-ated with certain drugs was ignited,and then exti-nguished by swinging.The end of the thread wastaken for direct point moxibustion once at eachpoint.The treatment was applied once everyday,and6 treatments comprised a course.It was found that210 cases were cured(35.29%),217 markedlyeffective(36.47%),147 improved(24.71%),and21 ineffective(3.53%),showing the total effectiverate of 96.47%.
