转移性肺癌选择性支气管动脉灌注近期疗效观察

Short-term Results of Selective Bronchial Arterial Infusion Chemotherapy for Metastatic Lung Cancer

21例转移性肺癌经支气管动脉造影(IA-DSA)确定靶血管后,即经支气管动脉灌注(BAI)化疗药物,发现瘤区供血丰富者有明显近期疗效,总有效率为62％。BAI有助于提高转移性肺癌的缓解率和生存期。

The selective bronchial arterial infusion(BAI)was performed in 21 patients with metastatic cancer in lung. After the target vessels were confirmed on IA-DSA ,chemotherapeutic agents were injected through the catheter. The short-term result showed that better response was obtained in patients in whom the tumor area was hypervascularized. The overall response rate was 62%. BAI is helpful in increasing remission rate and the survival of the patients as well.
