二系籼粳杂交稻维管束性状与结实率关系的初步研究

A PRELIMINARY STUDY ON THE VASCULAR BUNDLE CHARACTERS AND ITS RELATION TO THE FILLED-GRAIN RATE IN TWO LINES HYBRID RICE(F_1)

本文对二系亚种间杂交稻赣化7号和三系杂交稻汕优63的穗颈维管束、剑叶维管束、枝梗维管束性状及其与结实事的关系进行了初步分析.结果表明:与汕优63相比,赣化7号结实率低,主要是由于赣化7号库源及库流之间的比例失调,下部枝梗中的维管束发育较差所致.

The characters of vascular bundle in panicle neck,flag leaf and panicle branches inShan You 63 and intersubspecific hybrid rice Gan Hua No 7,and its relation to the filledgrain rate were studied by paraffin method.The results showed that the cause for lower fil- led grain rate of Gan Hua No 7,compared with Shan You 63,was mainly with unregularitybetween source and sink as well as sink and translocation system,and undeveloped ofvascular bundle in low position branches.
