摘要
实验研究表明,冠状动脉闭锁后贫血区心肌的动作电位形状将发生变化。本文利用我们构造的三维心电仿真模型,提出了一种仿真心脏心肌梗塞发作的不同阶段的方法,利用此方法得到的仿真结果与临床测量结果吻合较好。
Experiment studies of myocardial action potential following coronary artery occlusion have shown that the shapes of the action potential in the ischemic regions have changed. By our 3-dimensional electrocardial simu-lation model, we present a new method for sinulating the different stages of myocardial infarction and have observed the simulation results which are in good agreement with clinical results.
