摘要
祖国医学认为穴位是经络气血聚集之处,并出入于体表的部位。《千金翼》卷28提到“凡孔穴者是经络所行往来处,引气运入抽病也”。表明穴位与经络的关系甚为密切。《灵枢》指出:“欲得而验之,按其处应在中而痛解,乃其腧也”。腧就是穴位,表明穴位的来源之一是以痛为腧。
The human acupuncture point is composed of 5 layers in the body except those in the end point of limbs. We are get through histology serial section, clastic anatomy transcendental anatomy observation on human point. Each layer has some neurons, blood vasculars and receptors. They are related each other by connective tissue membrane. After needle, the point is to bring about tissue damage and bleed. It is related to the acupuncture effect.
