摘要
冷轧厂酸洗机组在试生产5.5~6.0mm厚的钢板时,碎边剪经常发生堵转现象,影响了该规格钢板的正常生产。本文通过建立斜刀圆盘剪的剪切力学模型,对其力能参数进行计算验证,并采用机械系统动力学的理论进行定性分析,指出了发生堵转的根本原因,证明了原设计的不合理性,为设计更改方案提供了理论依据,并对其更改方案提出讨论意见。
In trial production of 5.5-6.0mm steel plate, plugging often occurred to the scrap chopper on pickle line, which affected the normal production. Soa mechanical model for the disk scrap chopper with angle knives is established tocalculate and varify the mechanical parameters. Qualitative analysis is made according to the kinetic theory of mechanical system to find the fundamental reason ofplugging. The irrationality of the original design is revealed,and the theoretical basis and proposals for the revision of scrap chopper design are posed.
