摘要
本文研究了具有桥环侧基的丙烯酸异冰片基氧烷基酯的自由基聚合反应动力学,测试了聚合物的光、热、硬度等性能。得到了氧烷基为氧乙基、氧丙基、氧丁基的聚合反应动力学方程分别为:R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOEA] ̄(1.0)、R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOPA] ̄(1.0)、R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.5)[IBOBA] ̄(1.0);聚合反应表现活化能分别为:87.95kJ/mol、88.62kJ/mol、101.16kJ/mol。聚合物玻璃化转变温度高、硬度大、光学性能良好。
Starting from comphene and 1,2-ethandiol,1,3-propandiol,1,4-butandi-ol the title acrylates have been prepared in two steps. The polymerization kinetics of these monomers have been studied.The rate equations of polymerization have been obtained as follows:R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.50)[IBOEA] ̄(1.0);R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.50)[IBOPA] ̄(1.0);R_p=k[BPO] ̄(0.50)[IBOBA] ̄(1.0).The overall activation energies of polymerization have been evaluated to be 87.95,88. 62,101.16kJ/mol respectively.Properties of the polymers were determined.They possess higher T_g,HB hardness,reflective index and excel-lent transparency.
