摘要
介绍了采用微弯效应和横向耦合效应新原理设计的新型柔性光纤阵列触觉传感器及它的结构、工作原理、接口技术和性能实验情况。这是一种皮肤状、有研究前途的新型触觉阵列。
Presents a novel optical fibers array sensor, based on the phenomenon
of light radiation normal to the axis of an optical fiber coming off at places
where the optical fiber is subjected to slight amounts of bending. The structure,
features of operation, and interfacing of the sensor are discussed. This represents
a kind of skin-like tactile sensor with a good prospect and worthy of further
development.
