摘要
阐述了粉末挤压法AgSnO_2WP触头的发展过程、材料的特性及机理,并通过加入第二种添加剂优化了材料性能,在引进德国的3TB接触器上进行电性能试验,均达到IEC及VDE的技术要求,表明新型AgSnO_2WP(Ⅱ)触头材料在接触器领域中,有广泛的推广应用价值.
The course of the development of AgSnO2 WP contact made by powder metallurgic method, the specific property and mechanism of this contact material is presented. The performance of the material is optimized after additive is joined. The results of electric performance test on the 3TB contactor introduced from Germany conform to the technical requirement of IEC and VDE standards, and indicate that AgSnO2 WP (II) contactor material is of great value to the contactors.
