摘要
通过切削性能对比试验证实.研制的稀土硬质合金刀片YT8RE及YG6RE的切削性能,分别比普通硬质合金刀片YT15及YG6优越.以YT8RE及YT15刀具切削45钢时,前者与后者相比,切屑变形系数降低8%,切削力约下降7.5%,刀具耐用度提高20%以上.以YG6RE及YG6刀具加工冷硬铸铁时,前者比后者切削力降低约6%,刀具耐用度平均提高48%以上.
Comparative tests were conducted for the cutting properties of rare-earth carbide cutters YT8RE and YG6RE,and the results showed that they are superior to the commonly-used carbides YT15 and YG6. When comparing YT8RE with YT15 in cutting the steel ti 45,the former will reduce its chip deformation coefficient by 8% and the cutting force by 7. 5% with duration over 20% longer than the latter. When comparing YG6RE with YG6 in cutting cold/hand cast iron,the former will reduce its cutting force by about 6K with duration about 48% longer.
