鸣禽锡嘴雀中脑与前脑发声控制核团的神经联系──HRP法研究

摘要 应用辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)示踪法对鸣禽锡嘴雀中脑与前脑发声控制核团的神经联系进行了研究。结果显示,中脑丘间核(IC_0)接受来自前脑古纹状体粗核(RA),脑干上橄榄核(OS)和外侧丘系腹核(VLV)的传入;前脑古纹状体粗核(RA)接受上纹状体腹侧尾端(HVc)、带核(TN)及脑干蓝斑(LoC)、结合臂旁核(PBC)的投射。这些结果表明,中脑ICo兼有发声控制与听觉中继功能。而前脑RA涉及情绪性和植物性功能的发声调控。 The neural connections of vocal control nuclei of midbrain and forebrain in hawfinch were studied by using HRP tracing method. The results showed that the ICo of midbrain receives the projections from RA,OS,VLV and the RA of forebrain receives the projections from HVc,TN,LoC ,PBC. It is suggested that the ICo is involved in vocal control and audition. The RA is a forebrain vocal control nucleus which is involved in the neural regulations of emotional reactions and vegetative function.
