摘要
选用分属于4个不育系的水稻杂交组合的亲代与子代,对7个有代表性的稻瘟病菌生理小种的抗瘟性遗传系谱分析结果表明:高抗与中抗的亲本组合,其杂交组合(F1)表现为高抗;高抗或中抗与高感的亲本组合.其杂交组合(F1)抗性都表现为中抗,呈不完全显性;而感病亲本间组合,其杂交组合(F1)抗性均表现为感病.针对珍汕97A抗瘟性差的弱点,分析了提高不育系抗瘟性的两条途径:选用不同的胞质不育系和改良核质遗传的抗瘟性.指出了提高母本抗瘟性的重要性,品种抗性基因鉴定、当地优势小种调查的必要性及计算机在杂交稻亲本优化组合中的应用.
According to the analysis on hybrid rice resistance to blast the hybrid combinations of high and medium resistance parents possess high resistance, the combinations of high resistance and susceptible parents possess medium resistance and the combinations of both susceptible parents possess highly susceptible.The hybrid combinations with maintain variety Zhenxian 97A failed to resist to blast races of ZB15, ZF1 and ZG1 result from the defect resistance of Zhenxian 97A. Thus two approaches to enhence the maintain resistance are adopted here breed differential plasmatic resistance and improve the nuclear resistance crossbreeding.
