摘要
对冀西北坝上高原水浇地春小麦品种“晋春9号”施肥试验表明,施N肥和P肥能显著提高小麦产量,施N肥可显著提高籽粒蛋白含量、籽粒蛋白质产量、沉淀值及干、湿面筋含量。施P肥主要影响反映面粉烘烤品质的沉淀值,而对干、湿面筋含量无显著影响,施少量P肥,有提高蛋白含量的作用。
Trials of fertilization to spring wheat cultivar─
─“Jinchun No9”were con-ducted in the irrigated fields in Bashang Highland of Northwestern
Hebei Province.Theresults indicated that the application of N and P fertilizer increased wheat
yields siginifi-cantly,and application of N fertilizer could greatly improve protein contents and
yields ingrains,sedimentation values and dry and wet gluten contents,while application of P
fer-tilizer might affect sedimentation values which reflected baking quality of flour but haveno
effect upon dry and wet gluten contents. Accordingly ,Low P application could in-crease protein
contents in grains.
