摘要
在呼和浩特地区油松种源试验地,选择10年前定植的来自乌拉山、贺兰山、宁城、沁源、关帝山和蒲县等6个种源个体为试验树,测定研究其与抗旱性有关的重要水分参数(π_O、π_P、RWC_(πP)、ROWC_(πP)、Vo/Va和dp/dψ)和光合、蒸腾速率等主要生理指标、径方差分析和模糊等价聚类分析表明,油松气候生态型的变异与其生理特性的变异有密切关系。不同气候生态型油松个体的水分生理特性的差异比光合生理特性的差异明显。光合和水分生理特性各项指标的聚类分组结果,与文献对油松气候生态型的划分区域相一致。
The important physiological parameters of the main water condition indexesconcerning drought resistance(π_O、π_P、RWC_(πP)、Vo/Va and dp/dΨ),Photosynthesis ratesand transpiration rates of six provenances of Pinus tabulaeformis Carr. from Wulashan,Helanshan , Ningcheng,Qingyue,Guandishan and Puxie were measured and studied in thetest-ground of Provenance for P.tabulaeformis, which were planted in Hohhot ten yearsago. The reasults of analyses of variance and fuzzy cluster indicated that the geneticvariations of climatic ecotypes in s pecies of P. tabulaeformis were in close relationPhysiofogical yariations, and among these provenances,the differences in the waterphysiofogical character are more remarkble than in photosynthetic chara cter. The resultsof analyses on ecotype classification of P. tabulaeformis, show the same as otherdocuments.
