摘要
介绍了国内外穿孔顶头表面氧化膜制取方法,比较了各种方法的综合工艺效果。综合工艺效果比较表明,可控气氛和电离氧化法是获取致密氧化膜的最佳方法。
The author presents audience a general description regarding different processes employed both at home and abroad for making the surface oxide film of piercer plug and a comparison between them, based on which a conclusion is made that among those compared the atmosphere-control-ling technique and ionization-oxdizing technique are the beat processes in terms of comprehensive technological effect.
