摘要
利用射频电磁波有选择性加热的特点.可实现前列腺局部深层加热.射频加热生物体主要是一种由位移电流引起的介质损耗热.加热与外电场频率、电场强度及介质本身的物理特性有关。其特点是加热迅速、均匀,而传导电流引起的欧姆加热也起了一定的作用,这是一种综合效应,为了达到良好的治疗效果,应使温度梯度维持在2~3℃/cm.
By using radio-frequcncy(RF) clcctromagnctic wave, we can hcat biological tissue of much dccpcr layer. Sclctive hcating of diffcrcnt bio-tissue may be rcalizcd by RF wave of difinit frcqucncy.Thc hcating cffcct of RF to biological body is mainly causcd by displaccmant currcnt,or diclctric ioss,The charactcristics of hcating cffcct of RF are rclcvant to frcquency,elcctric field strength and physical propcrty of diclctric itsclf Joulc hcat causcd by conduct currcnt aiso plays a lcss effcct in the course of hcating,The whole hcat prosscss of RF wave is the composite rcsults of two kind of hcat effect. The advantage of RF wave is fast and even heating. In order to reach perfect cffcct,the tcmpcrature gradicnt around thc ccntcr of prostatc tissue should be maintuined in the rangc of 2~ 3℃/ cm.
